Real Estate Development is of utmost importance to the economy and the society of Hong Kong, and there are numerous important anf of far reaching consequences court cases on RED. However, there is NO discussion platforms on these cases, among real estate professionals and researchers, except the ecyY blog ( http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/ecyyiu). This is an open platform for all interested parties to contribute and discuss.
